PM:
Trained with a client. Did 4 rounds of the 3 burpees, 6 pushups, 9 squats, run 3 laps workout. Walked a lap between rounds, 2 laps before the final round. Finished by taking him through some weights, then we stretched. Also did some light IR training later on.

Snatch: 24kg x 100. Switched hands every 20 reps the first 80 reps, then on 10 reps for the last 20. Done in 4:27.

PM:
Bench press: 135 x 8, 220 x 5, 195 x 5

Chin ups: BW+24kg x 5,4 alternated with dragon flags x 3,3

Late afternoon:
Trained at the base gym with Jack again. Warmed up with about 20 minutes of shooting baskets, then hit the weights and did some sprints.
DL: 225 x 5 (OH grip), 330 x 5 x 3 (~3 minutes rest between sets)
Stir the pot x 5 each direction after each of the 3 working sets
Chinups: BW + 25lbs x 5
Pullups: BW + 25lbs x 5
Dips: BW + 25lbs x 5,5
100 meter sprints x 5
The sprints felt ok. Haven't run that hard in a long while.

Late afternoon:
Warmup of 10 4-count jumping jacks, 10 wideouts (kinda challenging in socks on a laminate floor) and 10 4-count mountain climbers.
Muscle up practice. Really, really close. I can get high enough, just don't have the technique down. Did a few reps with a little jump as an assist.
Jerks: 2x32kg x 10 (1:00), 1:00 rest, 10 (1:00)
Kneeling ab wheel rollouts x 10
KB front squat: 2x32kg x 5
30 minutes moderate IR training, including post and bag work.
Finisher: Burpees x 20 in 0:59
Cool down of 10 4-count jumping jacks and 10 4-count mountain climbers

Nice, easy workout that got a good sweat going.

EDIT:
I forgot to add that we got around a foot of snow dumped on us Tuesday into early Wednesday. The driveway was drifted shut with drifts around 2 and a half feet deep, so I shoveled it out in the morning. Took me just under 2 hours, and I was moving pretty good. Despite the temp being around 2 degrees, I was soaking with sweat when I got in. Shoveling snow is how we get our GPP training done in the midwest! ;-)

Late afternoon:
Went over to my friend Jack's and we drove to the base gym from there. Started off shooting baskets for around 30 minutes to warm up, then ran through the JS stretch routine with the green band before running 1.5 miles on the track. Got done in a little before 11:30. Cardio felt good, but the hot spots on my feet hurt.
