Late afternoon:
Warmup of 10 4-count jumping jacks, 10 wideouts (kinda challenging in socks on a laminate floor) and 10 4-count mountain climbers.
Muscle up practice. Really, really close. I can get high enough, just don't have the technique down. Did a few reps with a little jump as an assist.
Jerks: 2x32kg x 10 (1:00), 1:00 rest, 10 (1:00)
Kneeling ab wheel rollouts x 10
KB front squat: 2x32kg x 5
30 minutes moderate IR training, including post and bag work.
Finisher: Burpees x 20 in 0:59
Cool down of 10 4-count jumping jacks and 10 4-count mountain climbers
Nice, easy workout that got a good sweat going.
