Not much time tonight. DLs were just to check out the groove, which is way off due to tightness/soreness and not having done them for awhile. I need to start working them back in once a week or so.

Stopped by the gym tonight after work to play some basketball and work out a little. Played ball for around an hour and a half. Shot baskets by myself, then played some HORSE with another member before we played 4 games of 1on1. The 4 games took atleast 45 minutes with little rest and we got a pretty good workout in. I sucked though. Only took 1 of the 4 games.

After playing, I changed into my Vibrams and hit the weights.
OH squat: 45 x 5, 95 x 5, 135 x 5
Front squat: 135 x 5,5
TGU: 32kg x 1RL
32kg LCC&P ladder to 3LR
Snatch: 32kg x 5LR
Did a modified version of my Swingin' Burpees workout as a finisher. 3 rounds, ~1:00 rest between rounds: 32kg swings w/ green JS band x 10 alternated with 10 burpees

30 minutes shooting baskets
OH squat: 45lbs x 5, 95 x 5, 135 x 5
Front squat: 135 x 5, 185 x 3, 225 x 2
Bench press: 135 x 5, 225 x 3 (all reps with pause at bottom)
Pullups: BW x 5, 55lbs x 3, 45lbs x 3
Donkey calf raises: 100lbs x 20
Dragon flags x 1,2,2

Throughout the afternoon:
Jerks: 2x32kg x 15 (1:00)
Mowed the yard.
Pullups to lower sternum x 5,5
Jerks: 2x32kg x 15 (1:00)

Early PM:
Janda situps w/ green JS and miniband assist x 5,5
30 minutes hard IR training
Finished with stretching
